     There are lots of questions when it comes to researching weight loss programs. After 60 years of living and 30 years of nursing, I’ve studied a lot of weight loss theories. I have seen the results of many  programs, some were safe, some were pretty dangerous. Like many of you, I have tried my share, lost some weight, lost some money, regained the weight. You know the routine, Yo -Yo dieting with no permanent results. Studies show that 85% of people going on a diet will put the weight back on or more within two years.  Not very good stats in my opinion.
